Our QC area supports OEM/ODM programs with routine verification during sampling and mass production. We align inspection checkpoints with customer specifications and shipment requirements. Our products can be tested according to international standards such as EN 71, CE, UKCA, and ASTM, based on market and customer requirements.

QC process
Pre-production validation

In-line inspection
Monitor key points to reduce variation and ensure stable output.
Final inspection & pack-out
AQL-based inspection (as requested) and pack-out verification.
Release for shipment
Documentation and photo confirmation before dispatch.
